RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change of mind
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Returns are issued as a store credit, excluding original shipping costs.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please email us at contact@bunluv.com.au with your order number and details.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


If something isn’t quite right
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

In these cases, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.


CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
